The Building Science team at DS Consultants (A BluMetric Company) is proud to have worked alongside Pinnacle International, Hariri Pontarini Architects, and an outstanding project team.

The 106-storey SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge has officially topped out at ~352 m (1,154 ft), now Canada’s tallest building.

The development includes 958 luxury condos and the new Le Méridien Toronto Pinnacle Hotel, with occupancy targeted for late 2026. From early stages through ongoing progress, it has been a rewarding experience collaborating with the team and seeing the vision take shape. DS served as the Tarion Field Review Consultant, delivering field reviews, inspections, and testing, including concrete testing.
